Dr. David Biberdorf is a Performance Vision Coach with over 35 years of experience in clinical practice and conducts research in the area of Sports Vision, Concussion and Binocular Vision Disorders. His passion is to provide state-of-the-art neuro-optometric evaluations to patients and athletes in order to provide functional, evidence-based vision rehabilitation and enhancement that will maximize performance. In addition to patient care and research, Dr. Biberdorf lectures nationally to providers in the field of neuro-optometry, concussion, oculomotor dysfunction and Sports Vision.
Dr. Biberdorf currently conducts research on emerging vision-based technologies and consults with the Departments of Psychology and Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Dakota to develop new approaches to enhance visual processing. Throughout his career he has had the pleasure of evaluating and treating many youth, USHL, Division I and professional level hockey players. Dr. Biberdorf is a charter member of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association and past board member of the International Sports Vision Association. As a member of The A-Team: High Performance Vision Associates, Dr. Biberdorf was involved in the evaluation of various elite athletes, including the NHL Florida Panthers, NFL Miami Dolphins,
MBA Oakland A’s, LPGA Women’s Golf, USA Olympic Women’s Soccer Team, and USA Olympic Men’s Volleyball Team.
