He began his career with 15 teams in Major League Baseball in 1980 and has evaluated and trained athletes from virtually every sport in his career including 5 NBA teams, 3 NHL teams, 3 NFL Teams, Pro Tennis & Golf tours, many Olympic Teams, etc.

He is the author of “High Performance Vision” from Square One Publishers (written for athletes running the gamut from youth sports, weekend warriors, elite athletes and the pros)!
Don is senior vision and sports advisor to Percept Corporation in Palo Alto, California. Percept is the developer of new patented eye tracking technology.
He is a consultant to Breakout Sports the developer of “The Ace” baseball pitching technology.
