Former Pro Soccer Player & Coach, and an expert in Pelvic Health, Pregnancy, and helping Female Athletes thrive.
Kim Boulos is a former professional soccer player, known for her self-made and determined attitude competing in World Cup and Olympic Qualifying tournaments with the Haitian Women’s National Team. With almost a decade of experience playing with professional clubs in Sweden, Brasil, Haiti, and the USA, she has an international perspective of sport and soccer that is paralleled by few.
Perhaps more noteworthy even than her playing experience is her over 2 decades of experience working as a coach, mentor, and manager in Haiti, the USA, and abroad. Boulos has worked in coaching, recruiting, and management of players and coaches at every level from beginner youth to college and professional players, helping to pave a path to success for Haitian women athletes and coaches. Over a 6 year period, she helped scout, coach, mentor, and manage hundreds of players from at-risk neighborhoods in Haiti, over dozens of whom went on to successful professional careers domestically and abroad.
After working her way back from 3 consecutive ACL surgeries, the birth of her 1st child, and her own personal trauma associated with sexual & emotional abuse in women’s sport, Boulos’ frustration with the lack of understanding between holistic women’s healthcare and sport ignited a spark in her to shift her focus.
Boulos now intertwines her expertise in athletic performance, mentorship and coaching with her ever-expanding knowledge in holistic women’s healthcare to empower the athletes, women, and coaches she works with, both in their sports and in their lives.
